MISS TAUSHA

Miss Tausha has been teaching dance since she was a teenager. She graduated from BYU with her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and took several dance and music classes while in college. Tausha had a love for dance from a very young age and began with tap and tumbling at the age of 4, then took a couple years of ballet and gymnastics, but her love and where she spent most of her time dancing was in the style of jazz. Besides teaching and running Better Balance Dance, Tausha is the mother of 5 busy children. Tausha started this free dance initiative 7 years ago so that she could create the dancing environment she wanted for her own children and share her love of dance with them and so many other people as well. Over the years it has grown and evolved into the Better Balance Dance!

MISS ALEX

Miss Alex started dancing in 7th grade and has trained in many different styles. She continued on into college with an emphasis in Ballet and Latin training. She is a recent college graduate at BYUI with a bachelors in Theatre Performance and Dance.

Her mom was a dance teacher for 17 years and her love of dance definitely rubbed off on Kenzie. Kenzie is a senior at ALA Gilbert North and has taken dance classes at school for 3 out of the 4 years. She loves dance and music so much and is excited to be able to teach!

MISS ASHLEY

Miss Ashley started dancing at age 2 and continued until she started cheerleading in junior high through high school. She graduated with an associates degree from BYU-I. She loves working with children and enjoys dancing to old school music.
